How To Buy

We stock limited ranges of each style, so the first enquiry establishes if we have the size of your selection available.

If your selection is available we will email you and take your credit card details either online or by phone if you should  decide to proceed.

Please note, lay-bys  are not available on-line.

When payment is confirmed, the shoes will be sent to you.

The dispatch will be confirmed to you by email, including a Track &Trace number.

If we do not receive confirmation from you on the same working day, shoes will be returned to stock.

Freight is free within New Zealand. $25 is  the standard charged for postage to Australia.

Our contact hours are the same as our shop opening hours.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What happens if………..

  • They don’t fit well when I receive them?
  • The colour, design or fit isn’t quite what I thought they would be?

It is easy – You have 24 hours to decide and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange or refund. Here is the procedure:

    1) Email or phone us  immediately letting us know what you are returning and why.

2) Send them back within 48 hours of receiving, with the receipt,  in the same condition as they were sent and in the original shoe box.

3) If paid by credit card, please supply your Credit Card details so the refund can be deposited into your account. We do not hold Credit Card details.
4) For your protection, please use Track and Trace method as they are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.

5) We pay the freight (within NZ) to send them to you, but the return freight is at your cost; on returning we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange pair if you so wish.

6) Please note that SALE shoes cannot be returned.
